Heat Resistance: Epoxy resin items exhibit notable heat resistance. However, exposure to extremely high temperatures might cause slight bending. Should this occur, relocate the item to a cooler environment or away from direct sunlight. As the item cools, it will naturally revert to its solid state.

Yellowing and Sunlight: As of April 2023, we've introduced an upgrade to our product materials. Our premium-quality, crystal-clear epoxy resin now features superior UV protection. This upgrade goes a long way in minimising the likelihood of yellowing. However, while significantly reduced, the possibility of yellowing still exists to some extent. To safeguard against yellowing, it's advised to maintain all epoxy resin items away from direct sunlight.

Water Resistance: Most epoxy resins are water resistant, but items should never be immersed in water or left submerged, as this can lead to an abrasive texture. While Aimée Made Designs ensures high-quality craftsmanship, if water damage occurs post-purchase and results in an abrasive texture, it's important to note that this is not the fault of Aimée Made Designs.

Bubbles and Sanding: Bubbles may occasionally appear unpredictably in some items. This occurrence is not considered an imperfection or fault. Each piece undergoes hand-sanding on the edges post-production, as this can occasionally result in small marks. Please be mindful of this possibility. These measures are taken to ensure a smoother surface on finished pieces and should not be viewed as imperfections or faults.

Relocation: Kindly note that Aimée Made Designs has relocated to Berlin, Germany.

Shipping Options: We provide Standard Shipping Within Germany. As well as International Shipping To The EU and International Shipping To Non EU.

Local PickUp Options: You can pick up your order from us at one of our regular markets. Please contact us to see when suits you for the collection. We are at Hackescher Markt on Thursdays, at Boxhagener Platz Markt on Saturdays and at MauerPark Markt on Sundays.

Standard Shipping: Aimée Made Designs cannot assume responsibility for items lost during standard shipping. If you suspect your order is lost, kindly liaise with your local DHL for updates.

Potential Custom Fees: For international orders, there are potential custom fees. Your local postal service will contact you regarding these fees upon the parcels arrival in the respective country. Any applicable customs and import taxes are your responsibility. Aimée Made Designs holds no liability for these fees or any resulting customs-related delays.

Non-Refundable Items: Due to Aimée Made Designs being a complete customisation business we do not provide any refunds on Custom Orders or Sale Items. Please contact us about any dissatisfaction you may have if necessary.

Damaged Items: While we take utmost care in packaging our items, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to damages during transit. In such rare instances, we request that you notify us immediately. Please send us an email at aimeemadedesigns@gmail.com, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damages.

Acceptance of Return/Exchange Request: In the event that you wish to return or exchange items, upon reviewing your request, if it is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with shipping the items back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping falls under the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Returned Items: For a successful refund, we require the returned item to be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Upon receiving your returned items, they will undergo a careful inspection to ensure they meet the criteria for refund eligibility. You will be promptly informed whether your refund request has been approved.

Blemishes and Individual Craftsmanship: Please recognise that each item we craft is bespoke and individually created with attention to detail. Characteristics such as sanding marks or minor bubbles are inherent to the handmade process and should not be considered faults or damages to the product.

2. Confirm your booking with a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your slot for flower preservation.

3. Following confirmation, Aimée Made Designs will inform you with a detailed document outlining care instructions, preparation guidelines, and packaging procedures for shipping. The customer is responsible for the postage cost.

4. Upon the arrival of your bouquet at Aimée Made Designs, a prompt assessment will be conducted, and you will be notified if the flower preservation process can proceed.

5. In the unfortunate event that the flowers do not survive transit and are deemed unusable, the flower preservation booking payment remains non-refundable.

6. Please refrain from placing additional orders until Aimée Made Designs confirms the usability of your flowers for such purposes.

7. Once Aimée Made Designs has informed you of the flowers usability, proceed with finalising your order for the items you would like Aimée Made Designs to create.

8. Complete your order within two weeks of receiving confirmation from Aimée Made Designs.

9. Work completion timeframe: Allow 2-3 weeks for flower preservation, 3-6 weeks for smaller items, and 6-10 weeks for larger items. Please note that this timeline is subject to change during busy periods.

Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your reservation for the Flower Preservation Service, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your slot, allowing us to initiate preparations for the preservation process. You can secure the preservation of a single boutonniere/corsage at €30. Two boutonnieres/corsages at €50. A single bouquet at €80, or two bouquets at €150.

• Kindly ensure that you send only the quantity of flowers you have purchased for preservation. If additional flowers are sent without prior payment, we will not be able to proceed with their preservation until additional payment has been made. Furthermore, please note that any excess flowers remaining after completing your epoxy resin order, will not be returned to you.

Booking Confirmation: Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, your reservation is confirmed. We will guide you through the subsequent steps. It is up to you to adhere to these rules and regulations.

Pre-Hydration Preparation: Ensure your bouquet is well-hydrated before sending to mitigate withering risks. However, mould growth can occur during transit due to moisture. Aimée Made Designs cannot be held responsible for the condition of the flowers upon arrival.

Use Express Delivery: Timely postage is essential. Post your bouquet as soon as possible after your wedding to ensure its freshness. Follow the packaging and shipping guidelines provided to maintain bouquet quality. Opt for express delivery to expedite your bouquet's journey. Kindly provide Aimée Made Designs with the courier details and tracking number for efficient monitoring. It is up to you to inform us of any updates.

Proper Packaging: Pack your bouquet with care, using a sturdy box with cushioning. Protect delicate blooms to avoid damage. Once you secure your reservation, Aimée Made Designs will provide you with detailed instructions on how to accurately package your flowers. Please follow these steps.

Estimated Arrival Time: For German Standard Post, we anticipate the arrival of your parcel within 2-4 business days. For International Express Shipping, we anticipate the arrival of your parcel within 5-7 business days.

Late Arrivals and Viability: In the unfortunate event that your parcel becomes delayed in transit, once it arrives we will make every effort to preserve your bouquet. Please be aware that some flowers may begin to wither due to this delay and may no longer be viable for preservation. We will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Lost in Transit: In the unfortunate event that the parcel gets significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will be unable to complete your flower preservation. The flower preservation booking deposit cannot be refunded.

Possible Outcomes: We want to manage your expectations and kindly request that you refrain from setting high hopes regarding their pristine state of your flowers upon arrival. Even with your diligent care in postage and packaging, please be advised that there is a possibility that the flowers may experience some withering during transit. Delicate blossoms are particularly susceptible to rapid withering during their journey, which could influence their condition upon arrival. Rest assured, we diligently strive to safeguard and maintain their optimal state throughout the preservation process.

Completing Your Order: Upon the arrival of your parcel, we will promptly notify you and provide photographic evidence of the condition of your flowers. We will then need you to complete your order by choosing from the items we have available on the website. Once you add any of the items to your cart, you will see a customisation box pop up. Here you can be as specific as you would like for how you want your items to look.

Customisation Communication: Clear communication helps us understand your vision. Here are some considerations to help you communicate your preferences effectively.

• Confetti-Style Items: If you desire a confetti-styled item, we will intricately cut and incorporate various coloured flowers to create this effect. This will result in a collection filled with flower based pieces.

• Petals Arrangement: Should you wish for an arrangement featuring petals from multiple flowers, artfully positioned throughout your items, kindly specify this preference.

• Prominent Pressed Flowers: If you prefer prominent, pressed flowers to be the focal point of your item, please be advised that certain flowers, such as roses, might not press well as whole blossoms. However, rose petals do press effectively.

Colour Changes: Please do not be alarmed if your flowers change colour after they have been preserved, this is very common. Some flowers maintain vibrancy, while others might darken or exhibit new hues. Flowers can also change colour once placed into epoxy resin.
