The Flower Preservation Booking is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot for your sentimental flowers to be preserved. This deposit covers the cost of your flowers to be preserved and ensures that your chosen date is exclusively reserved for you.

You can secure the preservation of a single boutonniere/corsage at €30. Two boutonnieres/corsages at €50. A single bouquet at €80, or two bouquets at €150.

Please read the Terms and Conditions in the ‘Info’ section before booking your flower preservation. By proceeding with your booking you are in agreement to these terms and conditions. Reserve your slot promptly as bookings are processed on a first come first served basis. Once you have placed your booking, Aimée Made Designs will contact you with a step-by-step guide on how to properly care for your bouquet, how to post and package it, and other important notes.

  • 1. Secure your reservation date by visiting the 'Book Now' page on the Aimée Made Designs website.

    2. Confirm your booking with a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your slot for flower preservation.

    3. Following confirmation, Aimée Made Designs will inform you with a detailed document outlining care instructions, preparation guidelines, and packaging procedures for shipping. The customer is responsible for the postage cost.

    4. Upon the arrival of your bouquet at Aimée Made Designs, a prompt assessment will be conducted, and you will be notified if the flower preservation process can proceed.

    5. In the unfortunate event that the flowers do not survive transit and are deemed unusable, the flower preservation booking payment remains non-refundable.

    6. Please refrain from placing additional orders until Aimée Made Designs confirms the usability of your flowers for such purposes.

    7. Once Aimée Made Designs has informed you of the flowers usability, proceed with finalising your order for the items you would like Aimée Made Designs to create.

    8. Complete your order within two weeks of receiving confirmation from Aimée Made Designs.

    9. Work completion timeframe: Allow 2-3 weeks for flower preservation, 3-6 weeks for smaller items, and 6-10 weeks for larger items. Please note that this timeline is subject to change during busy periods.
