We provide Standard Shipping Within Germany. As well as International Shipping To The EU and International Shipping To Non EU.

Flower preservation is a process of preserving real flowers to retain their beauty for an extended period. At Aimée Made Designs, we carefully dehydrate your bouquet to remove moisture, and then encase the flowers in high-quality UV-resistant epoxy resin, ensuring they maintain their form and colour.

For flower preservation, please allow 2-3 weeks. For smaller items to be completed, please allow 3-6 weeks. For larger items to be completed, please allow 6-10 weeks. Please note that this timeline is subject to change during busy periods.

The best time to preserve your flowers is when they are in full bloom. It is advised to send them to Aimée Made Designs as soon as possible.

It depends on the flower's condition - Have they been kept hydrated? Have any begun to whither? Aimée Made Designs will make every effort to preserve them to the best of our ability, but if the flowers have significantly aged they may not be viable after preservation.

Should you desire the preservation of your bouquet regardless of its aged state, please be aware that the flower preservation cost is non-refundable.

For the German Standard Post, we anticipate the arrival of your parcel within 2-4 days. For International Express Shipping, we anticipate the arrival of your parcel within 5-7 business days.

If your flowers arrive late, we will still attempt to preserve them to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee their viability. In case of loss, damage, or withering during transit, the non-refundable deposit is non-recoverable.

Go to the ‘Book Now’ page and reserve your wedding date on the calendar. Then simply follow the steps and pay the non-refundable deposit.

After booking, we will send you detailed guidelines on how to send your bouquet to us. If you are in the Berlin, Germany area you can drop your bouquet off to us locally, or you will need to post your bouquet to us through express international shipping if you are outside of Germany. We recommend using express delivery and sharing the courier details and tracking number with Aimée Made Designs for efficient tracking.

Absolutely! We can preserve a variety of floral arrangements, including corsages, boutonnieres, and individual flowers. Contact us for specific arrangements and details.

Yes, some flowers can change colour once preserved. Some flowers maintain vibrancy, while others might darken or exhibit new hues.

To avoid any complications related to refunds and to ensure the best possible outcome, we kindly request that you place epoxy resin orders only after your bouquet has safely arrived with Aimée Made Designs.

Once you have added your item from the ‘Shop’ section to your basket, a ‘Custom Form‘ will appear in which you can add below what you would like inside your item. Please be as descriptive as possible to ensure Aimée Made Designs knows exactly how you want your item to look.

Yes, some flowers can darken in colour once added to epoxy resin. Some pink flowers can turn an orange colour once in epoxy resin for example.

We strive to use as much of your wedding bouquet as possible to create your epoxy resin items. A substantial order will consume most of the bouquet. Remaining flowers, if any, will not be returned to the customer.

As of April 2023, we've introduced an upgrade to our product materials. Our premium-quality, crystal-clear epoxy resin now features superior UV protection. This upgrade goes a long way in minimising the likelihood of yellowing. However, while significantly reduced, the possibility of yellowing still exists to some extent. To safeguard against yellowing, it's advised to maintain all epoxy resin items away from direct sunlight.

Most epoxy resins are water resistant, but items should never be immersed in water or left submerged, as this can lead to an abrasive texture. While Aimée Made Designs ensures high-quality craftsmanship, if water damage occurs post-purchase and results in an abrasive texture, it's important to note that this is not the fault of Aimée Made Designs.

Bubbles may occasionally appear unpredictably in some items. This occurrence is not considered an imperfection or fault. Each piece undergoes hand-sanding on the edges post-production, as this can occasionally result in small marks. Please be mindful of this possibility. These measures are taken to ensure a smoother surface on finished pieces and should not be viewed as imperfections or faults.

As Aimée Made Designs is dedicated to offering fully customised creations, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available for Custom Orders or Sale Items. We encourage you to reach out to us in the event of any dissatisfaction, and we'll be more than willing to address your concerns. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority.
